We’ve had a wonderful time in the woods today. We looked for signs of Autumn. We found prickly sweet chestnuts and acorns too. The children looked for places to hide the acorns and looked for squirrels in the trees too. Can you go on an Autumn walk with your child and send in photos on parent share? You could find out if all of the leaves are the same shape, can you see if the leaves are all the same colour, are there any autumn seeds or fruit such as apples, berries or conkers.
