Creating Sedimentary Rock

Today we used white and milk chocolate “sediment” as well as pressure to form a new sedimentary rock! The white chocolate represented seashells and bones while the milk chocolate symbolised sand, mud and other rocks. We pushed the layers of sediment together to create a solid mass of “rock” before eating.
