On Tuesday 6th October, a group of pupils from Newdale School took part in the Cross Country event at Chetwynd, Newport. The sun was shining throughout the day, creating perfect conditions for the runners.
All of the children were exceptionally well behaved and represented Newdale School brilliantly. They demonstrated excellent sportsmanship, determination and enthusiasm, making the school proud both on and off the course.
We were delighted to have many of our runners achieve outstanding results, with lots of children finishing in the top 10 of their races. Their hard work, commitment and positive attitudes were evident throughout the event.
A huge thank you goes to Mrs Smith, Mrs Wooldridge and Mrs Howes for their support and encouragement of the children during the event. Their help was greatly appreciated and contributed to a successful and enjoyable day for everyone involved.
Well done to all of the children who took part and represented Newdale School so positively. We are incredibly proud of your achievements. 🌟🏃♀️🏃♂️🌟
