Today we had so much fun. The theme of Art Day was learning a song off by heart. Our song was ‘ When I grow up…’ from Matilda. The skill we focused on was drawing and illustrations.

First of all we had lots of fun creating books of what we want to be when we grow up. Then we created our own Matilda’s using a video tutorial and sang the song with our friends. At the end of the day we had an assembly with Steve Smallman who read us a story and illustrated a jungle picture for us.

Today we were lucky enough to try Now Press Play. We each had a headset and listened to a tale about a castle and followed the instructions and performed actions to the tale. We then enjoyed a silent disco! So much fun.
