On Wednesday 13th November at 2.15 pm we would like to invite you to attend the Year 1 Phonics Workshop. Your children will be teaching you all about Read Write Inc and show you the key components of a Phonics lesson in Year 1. We hope you can attend. If your child has been given some lines, they will need them for this assembly. Many thanks for your cooperation. The Year 1 Team 

On Wednesday 11th September at 1.30 pm Year 1 will be taking part in a nature walk of the local area as part of our Geography unit ‘Our Local Area’. If there are any parents that are able to help with this trip then please let us know.

Hello everyone in Year 1. We hope you had a lovely break. We can’t wait to see you on Tuesday to hear all about your holiday. Just a quick not to say that we will be having Gymnastic lessons on a Tuesday  and they will be starting this week (Tuesday 3rd September). Please can children come into school wearing their PE Kit.
