This year, Newdale would like to join thousands of schools, offices and communities on Friday, 8th October by taking part in YoungMinds campaign #HelloYellow and help to raise vital funds to support their work. We all struggle with how we’re feeling sometimes and it’s normal to have ups and downs. We appreciate that the colour ‘yellow’ may not be a staple in everybody’s wardrobe so this year we have decided to rebrand the event, #HelloBright!Â
On Friday 8th October (this Friday), we would like to invite all children to wear their brightest accessory alongside their usual school uniform. We will also be collecting voluntary donations for the charity if you would like to donate please log on to Parent Pay. So let’s dig out our neon socks, rainbow scarf and banana hat and let’s show young people they’re not alone with their mental health!
Because a little dash of brightness goes a long way 🙂
