Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year

As it is my last day before the holidays today I wanted to wish you all a very Merry and Safe Christmas and a Happy New Year. I hope you all have a wonderful time and that Father Christmas brings the children some lovely gifts. I look forward to seeing you all in the New Year.

Cancelled Forest School Session: Monday 14th December

On Monday 14th December Reception will not be having Forest School so will not require their kit. This is due to the flu immunisations.

Christmas Festivities

Hi all. Reception will be taking part in a range of Christmas Festivities over the next few weeks.

On Wednesday 9th December it is Christmas Dinner Day. Children are welcome to wear their own Christmas Jumper on this day.

In addition to this please can we ask that on Friday 11th, Monday 14th and Wednesday 16th of December children bring in a hat and scarf to wear.

Our Remembrance Day

Today we had lots of fun learning about why Remembrance Day is so important . We have been making poppies, doing some marching, singing songs, and held a 2 minute silence. Thank you for your donations.

Junk modelling in Reception

We have had lots of fun  this afternoon taking part in junk modelling week. Not everyone was able to have a turn today. The rest of the class will be having a go on Thursday. Here are some of our creations so far.

Reception Curriculum for Autumn 2
