This week has been a wonderful week for the children in Year 6. They have learnt many transferable skills and have taken part in lots of team building activities. They will have lots of wonderful things to tell you when they get home about their week but they may end up having an early night to catch up on any lost sleep. Some of the children that did not attend Arthog this week were brilliant helpers in Year 1 and 2- the teachers were grateful for all their hard work and help over the week.
Year 1 had an exciting week this week- they made rain gauges in Science. They will be collecting the data to see how much rain falls over the next week.
Year 5 enjoyed mono printing as part of our Hundertwasser unit and are looking forward to our upcoming trip to Shrewsbury art gallery and museum. Some lucky yr5’s also had an additional maths visitor who delivered an exciting workshop for our budding mathematicians.
We hope you have a lovely weekend and we look forward to seeing you on Monday.
