Year 5 Spellings W/C 29.6.20

Hello year 5,

For those of you who have returned to school, your spellings for week commencing 29th June 2020 are a new set of jumping orange words. These are another set of tricky ones, so try to practise them as often as you can in spelling scribbles, silly sentences, a spelling story or simply with LSCWC (look, say, cover, write, check) on the attached sheet.

If you are continuing to work from home, I will continue to email you as normal with your weekly spellings and their associated activities, so please disregard this.

Your spellings for this week are jumping orange words. There are some tricky ones here, so please ensure that you are practising them. To really challenge yourself, have a go at writing them out in alphabetical order a-z.

Feel good Friday!

Hello Year 5, you wonderful bunch of superstars….and happy Friday to you!

You have all worked so hard this week, that I thought you deserved a giggle. Plus the thought of making you laugh, actually makes me really happy – even if it is at my expense! So for my feel good Friday picture I have chosen ….
