Year 3 and Year 4 Boys Football

Huge congratulations to our Year 3 & Year 4 football team, who are through to the final! 🎉

The boys were outstanding throughout the tournament, showing real teamwork, determination and skill. They stormed through the group stage with an impressive 12 goals, finishing top of the group.

Their semi-final against Lilleshall Primary was a tough battle, but a brilliant finish from Lennon secured a 1–0 win and a well‑deserved place in the final.

The final match against Wrekin View proved to be their hardest challenge yet. It was end‑to‑end football with chances for both sides, but Newdale broke the deadlock thanks to a superb volley from Jomi, expertly set up by a corner from William, sealing another 1–0 victory.

The team will now go on to play St Lawrence in the summer term final.

We are incredibly proud of every single player and how brilliantly they represented Newdale.

Well done boys!!
