Can all children attending please enter through the main reception doors at 5.30pm.  You will see a member of staff for each year group ready to tick your name off the guest list and let you in, so please look out for your year group line to queue in.

Please note the collection points for each year group are slightly different and will be as follows:

Year 6 at the end of the disco will be taken out of the external door by the year 6 classrooms and will be released to parents/carers collecting from the Y6 gates.

Year 5 at the end of the disco will be released from the hall exit doors to parents/carers.

Year 4 at the end of the disco to be will be taken back out of the main reception doors to parents/carers.

The Disco will end at 7pm.

Please can we ask parents and carers dropping off to take their child’s coats with them once they have dropped off at the disco and then bring them back on collection. This will help with storage and ease during the disco. Thank you.

We can’t wait to see you there.

Phonics Screening Check in Year 1

Dear parents/ carers,

Your child has made super progress in their reading this year.

Let’s keep them reading this half-term for maximum success in the Phonics Screening Check that they will be completing in the second week back after this holiday.

Please find attached some helpful information explaining the Phonics Screening Check that Year 1 children will complete during the week beginning 8th June.

The Phonics Screening Check consists of 40 words split into two sections of 20 words each. Both sections include a mixture of real words and pseudo-words.
