Finance & Personnel Committee Meeting

On Wednesday, Governors reviewed the staffing structure and the whole school staffing strategy moving forward. Governors carried out a ‘deep dive’ of the induction process by speaking to a new member of staff and were reassured that the process is robust.

Governors were delighted with the Year 3 children’s attitude towards school and the excitement shown about the move to Key Stage 2.

Governors agreed the recent appraisal recommendations and spent time analysing the school finances and future strategic financial planning.

Important – Change of date for Reception Christmas event

Reception classes Christmas event for parents to attend will take place on Wednesday 13th December at school at 9.15-10.45, not the 12th at The Rock church as previously stated. Apologies for the confusion.
