Autumn Parents’ Evening online appointment booking

I would like to invite you to attend our Parents’ Evening which will take place as follows:

Reception: Tuesday 6th October 2020 – Friday 9th October 2020
Years 1, 2 & 3: Monday 12th October 2020 – Friday 16th October 2020
Years 4, 5 & 6: Monday 19th October 2020 – Thursday 22nd October 2020

Due to the current Coronavirus pandemic all meetings will take place via phone call. When booking your slot please leave the name of the person to be contacted and phone number as a message for the teacher. Each allocated slot is 10 minutes long and teachers will need to adhere to the timings. The incoming call to your phone may show as a withheld number or one of the school numbers.

The school will again use the online appointment booking system. This allows you to choose your own appointment times with teachers and you will receive an email confirming your appointments. Appointments can be made from Friday 25th September 2020.

Please visit https://newdale.parentseveningsystem.co.uk to book your appointments. A short guide on how to add appointments is attached with this letter. Login with the following information:

Date of Birth:

If you do not have access to the internet please contact the school office who will be happy to add appointments on your behalf.
