Times Table Rockstars Battles

Thank you for continuing to encourage your child to go onto Times Table Rockstars. To encourage more children to regularly practise their times tables on Times Table Rockstars, Year 3 and 4 will be having weekly battles. Starting after half term, Battles will begin on a Friday and end the following Thursday evening, which will mean we can then see which class has won by the Friday morning. The winning class will be announced during our Star of the Week assembly on Friday and will win the Times Table Rockstars trophy to have in their classroom for the week.

Thank you for your support,

Miss Macfarlane

Annual Parent/ Carer Survey Autumn 2020

We would appreciate your views to help plan the rest of this year, so we can continue to improve further. Please complete and return the survey via your child’s communication book by Thursday 22nd October. For each question, please tick the score from 1 (not very happy) to 5 (very happy) and add any comments you would like (comments are not essential, but can be most useful). We will then include the survey’s findings in future planning.

All returned surveys will be entered into a prize draw to win one of three £50 ASDA vouchers.

Safety on our site

Dear Parents/Carers,

We are continually trying to ensure we have a safe site for everyone.

We rely on parents to socially distance themselves and need you to ensure this happens please. We also ask that parents limit the number of people coming onto site. We have noticed that more than one adult is often coming to drop off or collect and also that secondary pupils are joining parents in this task. Please limit the number to one person unless absolutely necessary.

Recently we have had to put a yellow box outside of the back classroom doors. This box must not be entered by any parents please.

Staff will ask you to step back if this is the case.

We also ask that parents continue to use the home school communication books, call the office or leave messages with Mrs Powell and Mrs Huda if necessary.

Parents are not allowed into classrooms or into the main school via the main office.

Thank you for your continued patience and understanding at this time.
