We are writing this letter to inform you of a whole school learning project around keeping safe online. Over the week, we will be looking specifically at sharing information online using materials provided by the NSPCC. It is important that children are made aware that sometimes sharing online can be dangerous.

Across Years 3 and 4, we will be looking at how we can keep ourselves physically safe, feel safe in our communities and stay safe when using the online community. Children will be reminded of the work that they completed last year in the NSPCC assemblies.

We will be encouraging children to speak out to a trusted adult if they are ever unsure about something whilst online. If you wish to discuss the content of these sessions further, please talk to your child’s teacher.
