This is a reminder that there will be a parent information meeting about Y5’s trip to London on Thursday 5th March at 3:30 in Miss Myler’s classroom. If you are unable to attend this meeting then all of the relevant information will be uploaded to the website.

As you may be beginning to think about what your child will need to take to London with them, a kit list is attached.

All about volume

Today we analysed Holst’s use of volume in the Planet Suite. We created graphs to track the changes in volume and discussed how musicians use notation to help understand this.  We even learnt some Italian along the way!

Fantastic homework!

I was extremely impressed this morning by the amount of effort that has been put into these homeworks over the weekend. It’s amazing to see children using their DT skills. These are toys which use a CAM mechanism to great effect.
