Friday 22nd NovemberÂ
This week, Years 1, 2 and 5 were lucky enough to visit the cinema as a special treat. Year 4 also visited the Molineux Stadium where they took part in team building exercises and a journalism workshop. The staff were impressed by our school’s listening skills!  On Wednesday, the weather surprised us all as we had an unexpected snow day. Thank you so much for sharing all the lovely activities and tasks you got up to at home! I know many of the pupils were excited to share their learning, snow sculptures and creations with their class when we returned to school. Â

‘Times Tables Rockstars’ of the week:Â
Last week, we were part of the ‘England Rocks’ TTRS battle. We were so impressed by the number of pupils who tried their best to score points for our teams and we know that this is improving their times tables recall in lessons too. The class with the highest class average, and therefore winning the TTRS trophy this week, was Miss Hill’s class. Congratulations to everyone in this team who took part in the battle!  Aarush receiving the trophy on behalf of his class as he scored the most correct answers in the whole school, closely followed by Mayra in second place and Chimzy in third! Well done rockstars! Â
