Friday 20th September
Our pupils appear to be completely settled into their new classrooms and routines now. Across the school, children have been enthusiastic and engaged in their learning. Miss McCullagh has been particularly impressed with the quality of the Maths work she has seen in books! Can you show off any of your new Maths learning at home? Rumour has it that Cool Cat may be visiting Newdale next week – be sure to get to school on-time everyday for your chance to see him! 🐾
This week, we have held onto the BeSMART Cup because we want to choose two winners next week! One our of winners will be chosen by Cool Cat and the second winner will be chosen for impeccable behaviour and manners at playtime and lunchtime.
Attendance winners this week – Gertie and Omar will join them next week in class and they will all enjoy an extra playtime:
KS1 winners are Miss Fisher’s class with a super 99%
KS2 winners are Mrs King’s class, for this third week in row, with and unbeatable 100%
